My Blog on God - Worries, anxiety and fear

Worry, anxiety and fear
Refuse to worry, sounds easier than it is. The temption to be anxious and worried is constantly with you. Worming it's way into your mind. Why is this happening to me? What are we going to do? What are we going to eat? Where are we going to live? How are we going to pay our bills? Why is everything happening all at once and we don't have the money? I have even worried about things like, when family and friends get sick. Are they going to be ok? What if they don't get better? These are all good questions that have plagued our minds one time or another in our lives. Stress caused by worry can bring on Physical, Mental and Emotional illnesses. Worry, anxiety and fear can also hurt us spiritualy. Causing us to fall away from God. So the best defense is constant communication with God, leaving no room for worry, anxiety and fear. It is not an easy thing to do but Jesus said that we should not worry and be anxious. That God loves us and He will provide every thing we need and ask for. It may not be what we want (self wanting) or answered right away (thing need time to heal) but we will never live without the necessities of life (food, shelter, and clothing). Which is all you really need. He aslo gives to His people what they ask for in prayer. Ask and you will recieve. Give God time and he will answer. Sometimes He answers right away and some time it takes a while. Other prayers sometimes don't get answered because He has something better planned. Which ends up making you happier in the long run. So Thank Father and Jesus with thanksgiving in your heart, always.

Thank you Father and Jesus for everthing that you have given me in my life. Thank you for my family, shelter, food and clothing. Thank you for the jobs we have to provide for our loved ones here on earth. Thank you for helping us while we are sick. Thank you Father for loving me so much that you gave us your son, to teach us and die for us so we can live close to you. Thank you for healing my heart when broken. Thank you for taking the stress from me and getting me throu all the hard times. Thank you for unanswered prayers. Thank you, Amen.

Matthew 6:25-26 (NKJV)
6:25 "Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?
26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

Matthew 6:30-32 (NKJV)
6:30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
31 Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'
32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

Luke 12:29 (NKJV)
12:29 And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind.

Luke 12:25-26 (NKJV)
12:25 And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
26 If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest?

Matthew 6:34 (NKJV)
6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Mark 11:24 (NKJV)
11:24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
Matthew 7:7-8 (NKJV)
7:7 "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (KJV)
5:16 Rejoice evermore.
17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Psalm 139:23-24 (NKJV)
139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me, and know my anxieties;
24 And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting.

1 Peter 5:6-7 (NKJV)
5:6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,
7 casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

My Blog on God - Love and unkind people

Love and unkind people
God's greatest commandment Is to love Him with all your heart, soul, and mind. That is His number one commandment. His second commandment is to love your neighbor as yourself. Saying this He wanted us to love ours selfs and everyone around us. I know that it is sometimes hard to love the unkind person next to you in line, at your job or even living next to you. But God wants us to and that is his second comandment.

Unkinds words and bad attitudes can be damaging expecially to the people around you. Sometimes when you think you are better than other people, it will show in your manner, your looks, your words and your actions. So consider the way you talk and treat others. I know a few christian people that are not very kind and lie alot. They even think that they are better then everyone, it is sad. They say they are better parents, teachers (working for God), they say they dress better then most because it shows that you are Gods people, some have even hurt their parents by being ashamed of them for reasons, no one knows, (the parents believe in God and do not treat people the way they are being treated) It is very sad. But I know God is in control and he sees all that we do. So even when people act the way they do. You might not like what they are doing but you still need to love them. Give it to God when people hurt you and God will take care of the rest.

Father, help me to let go of all the hurt that plauges my mind, heart and soul that I have experienced from the hands and actions of others. From the teeny tiny wounds to the deepest heartache. Help me to really let go Father so I can live in Your grace every day, Amen.

Matthew 22:37-39 (NKJV)
22:37 Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'

John 3:18 (NKJV)
3:18 My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.
Ephesians 4:2-6 (NKJV)
4:2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love,
3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;
5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Hebrews 10:24-25 (NKJV)
10:24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

James 4:16-17 (NKJV)
4:16 But now you boast in your arrogance. All such boasting is evil.
17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.

James 3:10 (NKJV)
3:10 Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so.
James 3:13-18 (NKJV)
3:13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom.
14 But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth.
15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.
16 For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

My Blog on God - God's Path

Gods Path

Your Life is in God's hands and He directs your path. It is not an easy thing to do but In life we need to learn to let God take control. Letting God take control isn't a sign of weakness, it is a sign of faith. On some days it might feel like your faith is running thin. Don't give up and let God guide you because In the guidance of the Lord, you will become a conqueror of this world. This world will try and break you down, so give it to God and step out in faith. God only wants the best for all his children. He has given all of us His instructions, to help us live the best way we possibly can. So take one day at a time and let God guide your steps on your path of life.

Father and Jesus Help me to let you have control of my life. I know that it won't be easy but I need you to take control. I know that you will guide my steps on my path if I just let you and you will guide me in the right way, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV)
3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

John 16:33 (NKJV) 16:33  These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

Proverbs 16:9 (NKJV) 16:9  A man's heart plans his way, But the LORD directs his steps.

Psalm 37:23 (NKJV) 37:23  The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way.

My Blog On God - Motives

Motives

I have found that sometimes when I say things about God to other people they take it and turn it into something it is not. My motives were from the heart but they took it in the wrong way. I have also found that even though I have said sorry for telling them that God understands and loves them, that they still took it as me saying something wrong. I then pray to God and he seems to make me feel better about it.  I then realize that I didn't do any thing wrong because I did not do it for my self. I did it because I thought I was saying something helpful and I was defiantly not trying to hurt any one. Then I ask God to help them see that I was just trying to help.

The Heavenly Father examines the motives of our hearts. That can be both a blessing and a challenge. Because no one can see inside your heart, the only one that can is God. I know None of us are perfect, and we all make mistakes. So our errors made with a pure motive will be seen as such by God. However our actions made with an impure motive (for self gain) will not be rewarded. We should always look at our own motives and what they are before doing them. Because even good behavior can become wrong when the motives are for self gain or impure. Also remember we should not judge another people's motives, because that is for God and He is the only one who knows if it is pure or not. If your motives are for your own interest and might hurt someone else on purpose, they are probably not good motives. So ask Jesus and the Heavenly Father to reveal, to you, your true feelings about your motives and what they are, before you fall into sin.

Father, Help me know my motives. Help me have a clean and clear heart when I ask for something in prayer. Father and Jesus keep my thoughts on pure motives so I can stay close to you, Amen.

Proverbs 21:2 (NKJV)
21:2 Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, But the LORD weighs the hearts.

Proverbs 16:2 (NKJV)
16:2 All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, But the LORD weighs the spirits.

1 Corinthians 4:5 (NKJV)
4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one's praise will come from God.

James 4:3 (NKJV)
4:3 You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures.

Philippians 2:3-4 (NKJV)
2:3 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.
4 Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.

Psalm 51:10 (KJV)
51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
