Blog on God - Marriage

In a marriage God wants us to love one another, respect one another, and give all to one another. because we are to be one with each other.  He wants us not to lie to each other, or cheat on each other.  I Love my husband very much and I know he loves me because we are one. We talk about everything and we respect each other. We are each others bestfriend. Even when we do some thing that the other might feel is irritating, we respect each other enough to let it go, or we talk about it. I could not see my life without him and when I look back on my life it seems like he was always there. Even though we did not grow up together or even know each other until I was in my 20's it still feels like we were always together. That is what I think God meant by one flesh. You feel like one.

Father, Thank you for my marriage and thank you for our family, keep us in Your arms forever. Amen

Genesis 2:18 (NKJV)
18  And the LORD God said, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him."

(2:18 It is not good: The first time a negative assessment appears in Genesis (see 1:31). God did not want Adam to be lonely, so He fashioned a helper comparable to him. This phrase indicates that this helper (or partner) would be truly fitting and fully adequate — just right. Some have thought that the term is demeaning, but it simply means “one who helps,” and in fact is used to describe God when He comes to our aid (see Ps. 33:20; 115:9, 10, 11). It does not refer to someone who is secondary or inferior.)

Genesis 2:22-24 (NKJV)
22  Then the rib which the LORD God had taken from man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.
23  And Adam said: "This is now bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man."
24  Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.

(2:23 This is now means “At last!” bone of my bones: Adam's wording is poetic and exalted — seeing Eve was a shocking and exhilarating experience because the match was perfect. Here was a mirror of himself, someone just like him, and yet different! She shall be called Woman: In giving the woman her name, Adam was functioning as he had in naming the animals (v. 19). Yet the name that he gave her matched his own. She was woman, and he was man — perfectly suited for each other.

2:24 In marriage, a man is to leave his family, join his wife, and unite with her. Though this process establishes a new home distinct from the parents', it does not sever all ties with the extended family (the clan). In the biblical period, extended families were quite close and interdependent. The words be joined speak of both a physical embrace and more general aspects of marital bonding. In marriage, man and woman are a “we,” not just a “me and you.” One flesh suggests both a physical, sexual bonding and a lifelong relationship. There are still two persons, but together they are as one (see Eph. 5:31). In the New Testament, Jesus refers to this text as the foundation of the biblical view of marriage (Matt. 19:5; 1 Cor. 6:16). )

Ecclesiastes 9:9 (NKJV)
9  Live joyfully with the wife whom you love all the days of your vain life which He has given you under the sun, all your days of vanity; for that is your portion in life, and in the labor which you perform under the sun.

(9:9 Marriage is the gift of God. “Marriage is honorable” and the marriage bed “undefiled,” instructed the writer of Hebrews (13:4). Marriage is to be cherished (Prov. 5:15-20) and unfaithfulness avoided (Prov. 5:1-14). vain life: That is, life that passes so quickly.)

Proverbs 5:15 (NKJV)
15  Drink water from your own cistern, And running water from your own well.

(5:15 In an arid country like Israel, a well was a prized possession and a privilege to be cared for. So was (and is) a spouse. Drink water is an oblique reference to sexual union (see 9:17), and from your own cistern is a clear call to marital fidelity — one man, one woman, together in marriage. The writers of the Bible sometimes speak of salvation as a spring (Isa. 12:3); to call one's spouse a spring of water was a term of endearment (see Song 4:15).)

Proverbs 5:18-20 (NKJV)
18  Let your fountain be blessed, And rejoice with the wife of your youth.
19  As a loving deer and a graceful doe, Let her breasts satisfy you at all times; And always be enraptured with her love.
20  For why should you, my son, be enraptured by an immoral woman, And be embraced in the arms of a seductress?

(5:18-20 The words rejoice with the wife of your youth comprise a command and an encouragement to find pleasure in the mutual joy of married love. Indeed, pleasure in the marriage bed is blessed by God (see Song; Heb. 13:4).)

Jeremiah 29:6 (NKJV)
6  Take wives and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons and give your daughters to husbands, so that they may bear sons and daughters--that you may be increased there, and not diminished.

1 Corinthians 7:2-4 (NKJV)
2  Nevertheless, because of sexual immorality, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.
3  Let the husband render to his wife the affection due her, and likewise also the wife to her husband.
4  The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. And likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does.

(7:2 Because of the rampant immorality in Corinth, Paul encouraged those who might be tempted to commit sexual sin to marry. It is better to develop a permanent relationship with a wife or husband than to lapse into sexual sin.

7:3-5 affection: Husbands and wives have a duty to maintain sexual relations with each other so that neither will be tempted by Satan to have sex outside of marriage.)

1 Corinthians 11:11-12 (NKJV)
11  Nevertheless, neither is man independent of woman, nor woman independent of man, in the Lord.
12  For as woman came from man, even so man also comes through woman; but all things are from God.

(11:11, 12 neither … independent: Men and women need each other, and as creatures of God, both depend on Him. Neither man or woman can have any claim to special status other than what God has purposed for them as their Creator.)

Colossians 3:18-19 (NKJV)
18  Wives, submit to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19  Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them.

(3:18, 19 Based on the kind of Christian life to which believers are called, Paul gives some practical guidance. General applications like “be good” or “love everybody” are very difficult to follow, so Paul seeks to apply moral truths to the daily lives of the Colossians (see Eph. 5:21-6:9). The Colossian home would usually consist of father, mother, children, and servants. Paul gives instructions to each group. The first is for wives to submit. The word submit is a military term meaning to “arrange oneself under another” and indicates a voluntary submission, not an unthinking obedience. The parallel passage of Eph. 5:21 may speak of mutual submission, as some have suggested. Either way it is clear that submission does not denigrate the one who submits. The husband is commanded to love his wife (Eph. 5:25 says as Christ loved the church). In his headship, he is to seek her highest good, not his own welfare. He is to honor her and be considerate of her, and not to be bitter or harsh.)

Ephesians 5:22-33 (NKJV)
22  Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
23  For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body.
24  Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.
25  Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,
26  that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word,
27  that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish.
28  So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself.
29  For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the Lord does the church.
30  For we are members of His body, of His flesh and of His bones.
31  "For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh."
32  This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.
33  Nevertheless let each one of you in particular so love his own wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.

(5:22-24 Just as Christ is not inferior to the Father, but is the second Person in the Trinity, so wives are equal to their own husbands. Yet in a marriage relationship, a husband and wife have different roles. to the Lord: A wife's voluntary submission arises out of her own submission to Christ.

5:25 Husbands, love: Paul does not emphasize the husband's authority; instead, he calls on husbands to love self-sacrificially. Husbands are to emulate Christ's love, the kind of love that is willing to lay down one's life for another person and serve that person even if it means suffering.

5:26, 27 In these verses, Paul briefly outlines what Jesus has done for the church. First of all, He loved the church so much that He was willing to suffer and die for it. His actions not only saved the church, they also sanctified it. In other words, Jesus wanted to develop the church into what it should be, the holy temple of God.

5:29 A husband who realizes that his wife is truly his own flesh will treat her with love and care.

5:31 the two shall become one flesh: Paul quotes Gen. 2:24, which teaches that the special union between husband and wife supersedes the original family ties.

5:32 The mystery, a sacred secret revealed, is that Christian marriage parallels the union that exists spiritually between Christ and His bride, the church.)

1 Timothy 5:8 (NKJV)
8  But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.

(5:8 A believer is to provide for his own (his near relatives) and his household (his immediate family). Failure to provide for one's family is equal to denial of the faith (see Ex. 20:12; Mark 7:9-12; Eph. 6:2). If a Christian cannot even care for his or her own family, how can that person sincerely love and care for others? worse than an unbeliever: Some unbelievers take better care of their families than believers do.)

Titus 2:4-5 (NKJV)
4  that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children,
5  to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.

(2:4 In this verse the word admonish means “to give encouragement through advice.” Older women are to pass on their insights to their younger counterparts. love their husbands: Paul speaks here not of romantic love, but of the commitment of a woman to her husband's welfare.

2:5 homemakers: The importance that Paul places on the role of women in the home may also be seen in 1 Tim. 5:2-16 (see also Prov. 31). obedient to their own husbands: Women are not under the authority of men in general, but rather the authority of their own husbands. The Greek word translated obedient is a military term which indicates voluntary submission to the one in authority (see Eph. 5:21). that the word of God may not be blasphemed: Paul wanted the older women to teach the younger women so that their actions would glorify God, build His kingdom, and strengthen the family. Failure to follow Paul's instructions would result in the word of God being maligned in the pagan community.)

Hebrews 13:4 (NKJV)
4  Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

Blog on God - What to do

On the news there has been a lot of people shooting people, bombing people, and just a lot of bad people doing bad things. I have a facebook and I share posts of praying for others. The other night when the shooting happened in Dallas I shared a post to pray for the cops that were shot. And to my surprise I got a comment that kind of bothered me. The person said (Why the F*** pray about it what is praying about it going to do. people need to stop praying about things and do something about it.) Well this has really been on my mind since Wednesday, it has been 4 days. I don't think we can do anything about it but pray because it is not the Guns, Bombs, Knives, ect... that are killing people It is People Killing People. You can't just take the bad people and change them by taking weapons away. It is inside them, in their soul. You can't do any thing but pray for people to change. There is also no way to tell who is going to be bad. And if we were to do something about it, how would you look at everyone's soul on the planet to know who is bad or not. Taking away the weapons it not going to do a thing, the bad people will always find a way to kill. So all that is left for me to do is pray that everyone starts loving one an other and get rid of all the hate.  And why not pray for the families that their loved one was killed. Their hearts are broken. I pray for all who have lost their loved one, because of bad people. I also will pray for all the cops and protesters that peace will be on both sides. So no one else will be hurt. Praying is my way of helping, what else am I going to do. I know for a fact that if the government was to take all Guns, then they would also have to take everything else away because Cars, knives, pills, axes, rope, bats, wood, glass, ice, utensils, razors, pens, pencils, fertilizer, nails, nail guns, straws, hands, planes, poisons, matches, lighters,  all cleaners, (well you get the idea that anything ) can kill someone. If a bad person wants to kill they have a lot of ways to do so. So how can I do something? I can't and either can anyone else. Sorry. And we can't get rid of bad people because then that would make us bad people. So what to Do? I am going to pray about everything, if people like it or not, that is my way to deal with bad people, pray that they change their hearts and minds.

Father and Jesus in Heaven please help all the people hurt by other people. Help them through the pain that they are going through.  Please be with us all. Amen..................

God told us all to love one an other, so lets start there.

Blog on God - Believe with Faith

Believe with Faith

So when Jesus was talking to Thomas in verse (John 20:29) he was saying that they had seen Jesus in the flesh, so they believe because they have seen Him with their eyes. But for the rest of people after He was no longer on earth, we have to believe with faith Because we can not see Him with our eyes but still we have to believe. So with that said we live by faith that he is with us. I have not seen Jesus with my own eyes but I have felt God and Jesus with me. I know that His has answered my prayers that I have prayed and I have felt His presence when I needed Him most. I believe that God and Jesus are in everything. Jesus is the light in this dark world we live in.

Father and Jesus I believe you are, I know in my heart you are, I will live by faith that you are. Thank you Jesus for being my light. Amen

John 20:29 (NKJV)
20:29 Jesus said to him, "Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."
John 8:12 (NKJV)
8:12 Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."

My Blog on God - Wrong preaching

                                                 Wrong preaching

I was thinking about why people that I know do not believe in God any more. It came to me that when we are listening to other Christians that we sometime hear things that make you stop and think, I don't think that is what God meant by that. Some say they are doing thing in Jesus name, some say if you do this or that then God does not love you. Well God loves all, he might not like what you are doing but he still loves you. He forgives you when and if you ask. When you see Christian people hurting others or saying that there is no hope for you because you are a sinner, that is why people are turning from God. Just to let you know that it is not God who is saying these things, it is people saying these things. I still believe in God no matter what people have preached to me. There is good Christians and bad Christians. I know it is hard to believe in God if people are lying about God. There have been a few times that I have went to a church and knew deep down inside what I was hearing was wrong. After I would confront the Preacher about what they had said and that I did not think it was a good message. They would no longer want me at their church. One said that women should stay with their abusers because the bible says to obey, I don't think that is what God meant and I don't think God would want that. For one God wanted the husband to love their wife as Christ loved the church. And another one told my Dad that he didn't have to have his cancer surgery because he did not have cancer because they healed him. My dad did have cancer and did have to have surgery. I am glad that he finely listened to me and went to the doctor to be checked because it was spreading. My favorite one is that if you do not go to church, then you do not believe in God. Yes, God wants us to be with others to praise his name but you could praise him at home with your family just as well, if you could not make it to church. The word says if there is two or three gathered in His Name He is there. Of course they told me I was wrong. It also says that you can and should pray alone too. I also think you should spend every day with God, not just at church. I know there is a lot of good people out there doing God's work but there also a lot of people teaching what they believe instead of what God says in His word. So be careful of wolves in sheep’s clothing. And because of some of the things that I have heard and has been done to me, I started asking people if they have read the bible from front to back and not one of them said yes. They said either that they go to church and that is good enough or they have read a few verses in bible study or they haven't had time. My question to them was then how do you know if the church or people are teaching you in the right way? They didn't have much to say. Well God told us that there will be ones to come and do false teaching in his name. How are you going to know if you have not read the word yourself? So read the word for yourself and read the book from front to back. So then when you hear the word you will know if it is true or not. If it feels wrong, then that is the Spirit telling you it is wrong. So listen closely to the spirit, God sent the Holy Spirit to help guide us. Reading your bible will also help you in the spirit of God and bring you closer to Him.

Father, please help me read and understand your word. Help me know when someone is preaching wrong in your name. Help me see the wolves in sheep’s clothing. Guide me in all your ways. Thank you Father for all you have given me, Thank you in Jesus name Amen.

Ephesians 5:24-25 (NKJV)
5:24 Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,

Colossians 3:19 (NKJV)
3:19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them.
Matthew 18:20 (KJV)
18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Matthew 6:5-6 (NKJV)
6:5 "And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

1 John 4:1-6 (NKJV)
4:1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God,
3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
5 They are of the world. Therefore, they speak as of the world, and the world hears them.
6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

Matthew 7:15 (NKJV)
7:15 "Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.

2 Peter 2:1-3 (NKJV)
2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.
2 And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed.
3 By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.

Matthew 10:16 (NKJV)
10:16 "Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
Luke 10:3 (NKJV)
10:3 Go your way; behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves.
Acts 20:28-30 (NKJV)
20:28 Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood.
29 For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock.
30 Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves.

Matthew 7:21-23 (NKJV)
7:21 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?'
23 And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

My Blog on God - Lies

                                                             Lies

We have all been there, we sometimes hear in ourselves a little voice telling us bad thoughts that we would have never thought. Or we hear the voice of people that have told us we are nothing, ugly, stupid, and not worth anything ect…. But I tell you now you are worth everything to God and the ones who love you. Don't let the enemy overcome and destroy you by believing this lies. Satan has people treat us bad so we will not live in happiness with God. Satan is a liar and the prince of lies. Satan will try and deceive you. Satan whispers lies that can cause shakiness in you but Christ is faithful and will help you resist those lies. Do not allow the enemy to take over your life put on the armor of God. Prayer will keep the enemy from you. So turn to Jesus when the lies of this world come and He will show you a new hope. He is faithful to the end. As you pray, read and meditate on God’s word remember his love, mercy and keep your faith.

Father, When our enemies come against us, help us turn from the lies they are saying. Help us know the truth, that we are loved and we are not bad. Help us find the peace in our lives we need to get through this life. Thank you from all that you have done and everything that you are going to do in my life. In Jesus name Amen.

John 8:44 (NKJV)
8:44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

John 8:47 (NKJV)
8:47 He who is of God hears God's words; therefore you do not hear, because you are not of God."
Psalm 140:1-13 (NKJV)
140:1 Deliver me, O LORD, from evil men; Preserve me from violent men,
2 Who plan evil things in their hearts; They continually gather together for war.
3 They sharpen their tongues like a serpent; The poison of asps is under their lips. Selah
4 Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked; Preserve me from violent men, Who have purposed to make my steps stumble.
5 The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set traps for me. Selah
6 I said to the LORD: "You are my God; Hear the voice of my supplications, O LORD.
7 O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation, You have covered my head in the day of battle.
8 Do not grant, O LORD, the desires of the wicked; Do not further his wicked scheme, Lest they be exalted. Selah
9 "As for the head of those who surround me, Let the evil of their lips cover them;
10 Let burning coals fall upon them; Let them be cast into the fire, Into deep pits, that they rise not up again.
11 Let not a slanderer be established in the earth; Let evil hunt the violent man to overthrow him."
12 I know that the LORD will maintain The cause of the afflicted, And justice for the poor.
13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks to Your name; The upright shall dwell in Your presence.

 Ephesians 6:10-18 (NKJV)
6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints--

Psalm 68:1-3 (NKJV)
68:1  Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him.
2 As smoke is driven away, So drive them away; As wax melts before the fire, So let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 But let the righteous be glad; Let them rejoice before God; Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly.

Proverbs 3:5-8 (NKJV)
3:5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;
6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil.
8 It will be health to your flesh, And strength to your bones.

Hebrews 10:22-23 (NKJV)
10:22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.
23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

My Blog on God - Anger

Anger

Anger is a natural thing for us but God don't want us to get angery to quickly because we might do or say something we can't take back. God wants us to stop, breath and talk to him when we get angery. Ask him to help you not to be so angery. Ask Him to give you the right words to say to an other person. God knows that we get angery but he wants us to talk with Him about it. So we don't fall into sin. Allowing Satan to have a foothold in your lives. So walk away for a few and talk to God, He will give you the peace you need to stay calm.

Father, when I am angery, please give me the strength to walk away and get guidance from you, so I don't say and do the wrong thing. Thank You for being my Rock in troubling times. In Jesus name Amen.

Psalm 30:5 (NKJV)
30:5 For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
Psalm 103:8 (NKJV)
103:8 The LORD is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy.

My Blog on God - Temptation

Temptation

Temptation is not from God, God Does not tempt you. So when you are being tempted remember that Jesus was tempted too, but did not give into temptation. Instead he turned to him and said Away with you Satan. Jesus can help you through the temptation if you ask for help. God will not allow you to be tempted by evil beyond what you can bear.

Father, when I feel like I am being tempted, please help me through, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.

James 1:13-15 (NKJV)
1:13 Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.
15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.

Hebrews 2:18 (NKJV)
2:18 For in that He Himself has suffered, being tempted, He is able to aid those who are tempted.

Matthew 4:8-10 (NKJV)
4:8 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.
9 And he said to Him, "All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me."
10 Then Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.' "

1 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV)
10:13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.

My Blog on God - Charitable deeds

Charitable deeds

I like this verse because I think that when people give it should be from the heart and not because they want to be seen from everyone as a giver. If you give, the only one that should matters is God. So give without everyone knowing.

Father, Thank you for those who give from their hearts and bless them greatly. Amen

Matthew 6:1-4 (NKJV)
6:1 "Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven.
2 Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
3 But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
4 that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly.

My Blog on God - Talking to God

                                                          Talking to God

I talk to God multiple times a day. I Talk with Him about everything in my life. I talk with Him alone and I know he hears me. I pray and then I say the Lords Prayer. I think if you want to stay close to God and Jesus you should give Them all your troubles and thank them for everything they have done for you.

Father, Thank you for the answered and unanswered prayers. I know in do time you will answers all my prayers. I thank you for keeping your word. Thank you for being beside me through the ups and downs in my life. I could not make it with out you. Amen.

Matthew 6:6 (NKJV)
6:6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
Matthew 6:9-13 (NKJV)
6:9 In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, As we forgive our debtors.
13 And do not lead us into temptation, But deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

My Blod on God - Jesus said

Jesus said
I love my King and my Father very much and sometimes I hear things that just feel wrong in side.

I have been seeing a lot of things on the internet and from churches that has made me very upset and wonder what they are doing. They are telling us that on September 23, 2015 that the rapture is going to happen. Just like in the past we have heard dates of the end ect.... Any one who has read the Bible knows that we will not know when any of this is going to happen Jesus told us in Matthew and Mark. If people are saying this stuff then they are calling Jesus a lier. we can not know when Jesus and the Father are coming. It is impossible. They are telling people that it is in the bible of when they are coming. But Jesus himself told all, that we will not know, not even Him or the Angels know but only the Father. These people telling people things like this and giving dates of when, are wrong. No wonder people are turning away from God. His people are telling lies of what is in the Bible. Just because they what the glory of finding the right date and time. God did not and does not what us to know. If he did he would have gave us a date and time. He wants us to be ready for him all the time, not be ready by a date. He wanted us to love Him every hour of everyday not just come to him in the last minute. God did not want us to spend our time trying to figure out when he was coming. He wanted us to send our time with him and being ready everyday. Jesus made that very clear in everything he said. I ask God to help me in everything that I read and say to people because I do not want to lead people in the wrong way. I hope that in everything that I say that it is from God. You don't have to believe what I say to you because you have your own mind and the way you believe. I just hope that you would Please read the bible yourself, ask God and Jesus to help you under stand what you are reading. If what you hear feels wrong most likely it is. Some are telling the truth but others are not. If in dout what is being said, look it up yourself. Please read the Bible yourself so you will know what God wants you to know.

Mark 13:32-33 (NKJV)
13:32 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
33 Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.

Matthew 24:36 (NKJV)
24:36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

Mark 13:3-37 (NKJV)
13:3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked Him privately,
4 "Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign when all these things will be fulfilled?"
5 And Jesus, answering them, began to say: "Take heed that no one deceives you.
6 For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am He,' and will deceive many.
7 But when you hear of wars and rumors of wars, do not be troubled; for such things must happen, but the end is not yet.
8 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famines and troubles. These are the beginnings of sorrows.
9 But watch out for yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils, and you will be beaten in the synagogues. You will be brought before rulers and kings for My sake, for a testimony to them.
10 And the gospel must first be preached to all the nations.
11 But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.
12 Now brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death.
13 And you will be hated by all for My name's sake. But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
14 "So when you see the 'abomination of desolation,' spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not" (let the reader understand), "then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
15 Let him who is on the housetop not go down into the house, nor enter to take anything out of his house.
16 And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes.
17 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!
18 And pray that your flight may not be in winter.
19 For in those days there will be tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the creation which God created until this time, nor ever shall be.
20 And unless the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake, whom He chose, He shortened the days.
21 Then if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'Look, He is there!' do not believe it.
22 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
23 But take heed; see, I have told you all things beforehand.
24 "But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light;
25 the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken.
26 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27 And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven.
28 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender, and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.
29 So you also, when you see these things happening, know that it is near--at the doors!
30 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.
31 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
32 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
33 Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.
34 It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.
35 Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming--in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning--
36 lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping.
37 And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!"

Matthew 24:4-51 (NKJV)
24:4 And Jesus answered and said to them: "Take heed that no one deceives you.
5 For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many.
6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places.
8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
9 Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake.
10 And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.
11 Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.
12 And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.
13 But he who endures to the end shall be saved.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.
15 "Therefore when you see the 'abomination of desolation,' spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place" (whoever reads, let him understand),
16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.
17 Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take anything out of his house.
18 And let him who is in the field not go back to get his clothes.
19 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!
20 And pray that your flight may not be in winter or on the Sabbath.
21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened.
23 Then if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or 'There!' do not believe it.
24 For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.
25 See, I have told you beforehand.
26 Therefore if they say to you, 'Look, He is in the desert!' do not go out; or 'Look, He is in the inner rooms!' do not believe it.
27 For as the lightning comes from the east and flashes to the west, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
28 For wherever the carcass is, there the eagles will be gathered together.
29 "Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
32 "Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near.
33 So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near--at the doors!
34 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.
35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
36 "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,
39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left.
41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left.
42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.
43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into.
44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
45 "Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his master made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?
46 Blessed is that servant whom his master, when he comes, will find so doing.
47 Assuredly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all his goods.
48 But if that evil servant says in his heart, 'My master is delaying his coming,'
49 and begins to beat his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunkards,
50 the master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him and at an hour that he is not aware of,
51 and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Luke 21:7-36 (NKJV)
21:7 So they asked Him, saying, "Teacher, but when will these things be? And what sign will there be when these things are about to take place?"
8 And He said: "Take heed that you not be deceived. For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am He,' and, 'The time has drawn near.' Therefore do not go after them.
9 But when you hear of wars and commotions, do not be terrified; for these things must come to pass first, but the end will not come immediately."
10 Then He said to them, "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.
11 And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and famines and pestilences; and there will be fearful sights and great signs from heaven.
12 But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues and prisons. You will be brought before kings and rulers for My name's sake.
13 But it will turn out for you as an occasion for testimony.
14 Therefore settle it in your hearts not to meditate beforehand on what you will answer;
15 for I will give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries will not be able to contradict or resist.
16 You will be betrayed even by parents and brothers, relatives and friends; and they will put some of you to death.
17 And you will be hated by all for My name's sake.
18 But not a hair of your head shall be lost.
19 By your patience possess your souls.
20 "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near.
21 Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart, and let not those who are in the country enter her.
22 For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
23 But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.
24 And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.
25 "And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring;
26 men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of heaven will be shaken.
27 Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.
28 Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."
29 Then He spoke to them a parable: "Look at the fig tree, and all the trees.
30 When they are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now near.
31 So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near.
32 Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things take place.
33 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
34 "But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly.
35 For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man."

Ephesians 6:10-20 (NKJV)
6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints--
19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

My Blog on God - Together in His name

Together in His name

I have been told that if I don't go to church then I don't believe in God. But I tell you now that God could be under a tree in my back yard listening to me talk with people about His word. God could also be with my huband and I when we are worshiping Him. God's word says that where two or three are gathered in His name that he is there with them. He also said that if two agree on earth concerning anything it will be done. I think that if I am with one other person and praising God then I am in church. Plus our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit, not a building. Talking and being with God everyday makes me more happy than going to a building once a week.

Matthew 18:20 (NKJV)
18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."

Matthew 18:19 (NKJV)
18:19 Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NKJV)
6:19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.

My Blog on God - Love of God

Love of God
Our lives are constantly changing. Every day there can be some kind of change in our lives. Bad or Good. People can even change, one day they can love you and the next not love you but you can rest assure that Jesus and God never change, they are the same yesterday, today and forever. They will never leave you. They walk beside us in everything we do.They love us unconditionally. We fall and They will pick us up. God loves us so much that He gave us his only son, Jesus, who suffered and died for all our sins. That is true love.

Father, thank you for never changing. You are the only I Am, in my life. You are always continuous in your love. Thank you for loving me, Amen.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (NKJV)

2 A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted;
3 A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up;
4 A time to weep, And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away;
7 A time to tear, And a time to sew; A time to keep silence, And a time to speak;
8 A time to love, And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace.

My Blog on God - Work Together

Work Together
Working together was in Gods plan from the beginning. Us having parteners in life is how he wanted it to be. He never wanted us to be alone. He talks about it in Genesis 2:18.
I am one who likes to do every thing on my own, that way things get done the way I want it to be. But it has become very overwhelming. So I realized that everyone needs help and that way we don't get overworked. So teamwork is a good Idea. God also knew it would be a good idea. That way if something happens someone is there to help. God never wanted us to be alone.

Father, thank you for the helpers you have given me in my life. From parents to people all around me, every one needs help. Thank you Amen.

Genesis 2:18 (NKJV)
2:18 And the LORD God said, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him."

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 (NKJV)
4:9 Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor.
10 For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

Blog on God - Read Gods Word

Read God's word
(Only the Father knows when the end will be)

The Word tells Gods people what to watch for and what has to come before Jesus returns to us. So read God's word everyday, meditate on the word of scripture and let God have the Holy Spirit guide you.

Father, Guide me to know when someone is teaching me wrong. Help guide me in your word so I can see and know the different. Show me in your word the truth because of the lies that some teach in your name. Thank you Father, Amen.

Matthew 24:5-6 (NKJV) 24:5  For many will come in My name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many.
6  And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

Matthew 24:36 (NKJV) 24:36  "But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

My Blog on God - Satan wants to keep us from God

Satan wants to keep us from God
It is easy to get caught up in everyday life (bills, work, people). In life we have all kinds of distraction. Distrations that can keep us from the word and communicating with God. Satan wants to keep us from God so he throws all sorts of things at us to keep us busy. If Satan keeps us busy, then the communication with God gets less and less. God wants us to take some time everyday and spend it with Him and His word. God tells us in Revelation 1:3 that those who read the word of the prophecy and hear are blessed. God wants us to talk to him and be faithful on doing so. So take time to be with God everyday. Not just once a week.

Father, I know I need to read your word everyday. So give me the time in this busy world to do so. Bind Satan and all the evil in the world seen and unseen that keep me from you. Help me make time to be in Your word. Guide my Holy Spirit to know what your word is saying to me. I want to be close to you and know the words of the prophecy. Help me keep what is written. Father and Jesus guide my path so when the time comes I can be with you, Amen.

Revelation 1:3 (NKJV)
1:3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.

Matthew 4:10 (NKJV)
4:10 Then Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.' "

My Blog on God - Worries, anxiety and fear

Worry, anxiety and fear
Refuse to worry, sounds easier than it is. The temption to be anxious and worried is constantly with you. Worming it's way into your mind. Why is this happening to me? What are we going to do? What are we going to eat? Where are we going to live? How are we going to pay our bills? Why is everything happening all at once and we don't have the money? I have even worried about things like, when family and friends get sick. Are they going to be ok? What if they don't get better? These are all good questions that have plagued our minds one time or another in our lives. Stress caused by worry can bring on Physical, Mental and Emotional illnesses. Worry, anxiety and fear can also hurt us spiritualy. Causing us to fall away from God. So the best defense is constant communication with God, leaving no room for worry, anxiety and fear. It is not an easy thing to do but Jesus said that we should not worry and be anxious. That God loves us and He will provide every thing we need and ask for. It may not be what we want (self wanting) or answered right away (thing need time to heal) but we will never live without the necessities of life (food, shelter, and clothing). Which is all you really need. He aslo gives to His people what they ask for in prayer. Ask and you will recieve. Give God time and he will answer. Sometimes He answers right away and some time it takes a while. Other prayers sometimes don't get answered because He has something better planned. Which ends up making you happier in the long run. So Thank Father and Jesus with thanksgiving in your heart, always.

Thank you Father and Jesus for everthing that you have given me in my life. Thank you for my family, shelter, food and clothing. Thank you for the jobs we have to provide for our loved ones here on earth. Thank you for helping us while we are sick. Thank you Father for loving me so much that you gave us your son, to teach us and die for us so we can live close to you. Thank you for healing my heart when broken. Thank you for taking the stress from me and getting me throu all the hard times. Thank you for unanswered prayers. Thank you, Amen.
