Worry, anxiety and fear
Refuse to worry, sounds easier than it is. The temption to be anxious and worried is constantly with you. Worming it's way into your mind. Why is this happening to me? What are we going to do? What are we going to eat? Where are we going to live? How are we going to pay our bills? Why is everything happening all at once and we don't have the money? I have even worried about things like, when family and friends get sick. Are they going to be ok? What if they don't get better? These are all good questions that have plagued our minds one time or another in our lives. Stress caused by worry can bring on Physical, Mental and Emotional illnesses. Worry, anxiety and fear can also hurt us spiritualy. Causing us to fall away from God. So the best defense is constant communication with God, leaving no room for worry, anxiety and fear. It is not an easy thing to do but Jesus said that we should not worry and be anxious. That God loves us and He will provide every thing we need and ask for. It may not be what we want (self wanting) or answered right away (thing need time to heal) but we will never live without the necessities of life (food, shelter, and clothing). Which is all you really need. He aslo gives to His people what they ask for in prayer. Ask and you will recieve. Give God time and he will answer. Sometimes He answers right away and some time it takes a while. Other prayers sometimes don't get answered because He has something better planned. Which ends up making you happier in the long run. So Thank Father and Jesus with thanksgiving in your heart, always.Thank you Father and Jesus for everthing that you have given me in my life. Thank you for my family, shelter, food and clothing. Thank you for the jobs we have to provide for our loved ones here on earth. Thank you for helping us while we are sick. Thank you Father for loving me so much that you gave us your son, to teach us and die for us so we can live close to you. Thank you for healing my heart when broken. Thank you for taking the stress from me and getting me throu all the hard times. Thank you for unanswered prayers. Thank you, Amen.
